A start of our flexible approach to our stores, we have recently introduced a price competitive version of our Shop’N Drive fascia. WOW, sites adopt a more aggresive marketing strategy. In around 50% of all our Shop’N Drive outlets have been reclassified as Hybrid Stores, meaning they adopt a more aggressive price marketing strategy. In support of this strategy (which we are currently fine tuning), our creative agency produced a promotional concept called ‘WOW PRICES’ – a strong price offer which we rolled out across the network throughout the year. Again, a first for the roadside retail sector.
