Operations Support Manager - Fixed Term Contract

(Fixed Term Contract - approx. 15 months) - Full‑time

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a collaborative, supportive environment while working closely with senior leadership.

 

The Role - As an Operations Support Manager, you will:

  • Support the Operations Director and field team

  • Maintain and develop communication tools, including the company intranet

  • Produce reports and analyse data to support senior management decision-making

  • Lead and develop the customer care function and team

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both office and field teams

  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational databases

  • Produce regular reports and performance insights

  • Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements

  • Ensure systems meet business needs and remain compliant

  • Manage customer care and service delivery

  • Monitor SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Present performance updates and insights to senior management

  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection standards
